It’s hard to say which is the biggest benefit to working with Allcom, but if I had to pick one, it would be the excellent customer service. From the staff that answers the phone and does the billing all the way to the IT specialists that help solve our IT needs, I find Allcomm to be head and shoulders above other firms.
In addition to the excellent customer service, I appreciate the confidence that I can place in the training and knowledge of the IT specialists. They keep a close watch on our system to make sure we are running up to date with changes in programs, keep our system safe from hackers, help to quickly solve glitches that may come up, and when a new piece of software or hardware is needed, they provide excellent recommendations to meet our needs. Their knowledge is greatly appreciated by me as I have my own job to do and it saves me a lot of time.
To anyone considering whether to hire Allcomm, I would say do it! They are worth it! If there is hesitation because another firm is saying they are cheaper, then I am sure they would find they get what they pay for. In my own experience, I think they would find that the IT specialists won’t have the level of knowledge that Allcomm does. I don’t find Allcomm to be more expensive than other firms, but I do find that they save me money because I am not dealing with trying to solve IT problems that I am not trained in.

I have worked with Allcomm for the last 21 years, and the partnership helped us grow Community EMS to produce the largest not-for-profit EMS provider in the country. CEMS deployed up to 500 EMS vehicles in 5 states. Each vehicle is equipped with “state of the art” technology that communicates with multiple large Communication Centers. The design, implementation, and maintenance of these technologies allow us to respond and transport up to 1500 patients a day. The number of lives saved because of this innovation is immeasurable.

Allcomm is a small IT firm that is competitive relative to pricing and bench strength. Furthermore, I give very high marks to Allcomm leadership and responsiveness to my needs. For example, I opened a new beachhead in Chicago, and I needed boots on the ground on weekends to help flip the switch for a new Communication Center. Allcomm would be there and not just to complete the technical portion of the job. Allcomm is always looking to save us money while implementing the latest technologies. As a CEO, partnering with Allcomm was not a vendor relationship; it was a partnership that benefited both my organization and theirs. You don’t get that type of service from the large IT/telecom firms, you get high changes and people you don’t even know, and they don’t know your employees nor your system.

Allcomm has been our cabling provider for 2 years now, and you couldn’t convince me to go elsewhere. Their service, workmanship, and cleanliness are all above par. Allcomm has always been committed to my full satisfaction, and they do so in a timely manner by always responding promptly to my requests. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to has been very personable and down to earth, but that doesn’t mean they are unprofessional.
